Hi there, I’m Masala, named after the type of chai tea because of my beautiful coat. I’m a 1.5-year-old female Aussie/husky mix. I was rescued from New Mexico along with my brother and was as frightened as can be. I learned to trust humans pretty quickly, but trusting other big dogs took a little longer. However, once I realize they will be nice to me, I do get along with other dogs of all sizes. I am extremely smart and athletic. My foster parents think I would make an excellent agility dog. However, I am an impressive jumper, so my furever home will need to have a yard with very high walls or I will need to be kept on a leash when let outside. I am completely potty trained. My foster parents also keep me in a crate when they aren’t home. If you would like to give me a furever home, please fill out an application online at http://www.tucsonscauseforcanines.org/adoption-application/ and we can schedule a meet and greet.
