Clover Pupdate: Adopted!

Clover is a 4 year old petite Heeler, weighing 30 lbs. She came to TCFC after a good Samaritan found her lethargic, dehydrated and covered in ticks and old infected wounds on the side of the road. She was seen by the vet, had a laceration repair, round of antibiotics, treated for the tick infestation and lots of love and good food. Clover was very shy and reserved when she came to her foster home and people terrified her. She has come a looong way in the past few weeks though, and is slowly coming out of her shell and trusting more and more each day. She is not kenneled in foster care and does good when left alone during the day. She is potty trained with ample potty breaks and assistance getting outside. She is not 100% comfortable with leash walking yet so she would require a yard in her adoptive home. She would do best in a quiet home with older, respectable children and accepting dogs who will not overcrowd her. She currently lives with cats and does ok with them but does occasionally chase after them. Clover has not had a life full of love and well being, but still she remains the sweetest girl full of love and kisses to give to the right family who will continue to show her how great being a loved dog is.
