Nola Pupdate: Adopted!

Hi guys! The names Nola! I’m an 18 month old female dachshund mix! I’m a really sweet, happy girl, but can take a while to settle into my new home. I am great with all kinds of other animals, especially if they are my size! Even the kitties in my home are my friends!! I must not have had a lot of positive human interaction before coming into rescue, but I am working on my quirks! I’m still learning that the collar, harness and leash are not a bad thing, and can sometimes get very scared sometimes. Also, I don’t really like to be held, it just really isn’t my thing! I squirm and scream and cause a scene when I’m held for to long, but my foster mommy says I am getting better with lots of patience and practice! I’ve met lots of kids and I don’t really mind them, I still am a little hesitant to accept cuddles and pets, but gosh I LOVE to run around with my tiny humans! I’ll spend all day chasing my 4 yr old foster sister around the house! Overall, I’m a great dog! I’m socialized in all the areas that make me easy to fit in any home, I’ll just need some patience, love, and lots of treats to show me humans aren’t so bad after all! If you think you’ve got some room in your heart for a girl looking for love, come and meet me! Please fill out an application at http://www.tucsonscauseforcanines.org/adoption-application/
