Shep Pupdate: Adopted!

Well hello, I’m Shep. I’m an 11 month old shepherd/husky mix! I’m a good good boy, but you see the world hasn’t always been so nice to me, so it does take some time for me to trust new people. I was found out in the desert with my other doggie friend, but the neighbors began shooting at us to keep us off their property! Luckily a nice lady reached out to TCFC, and was able to get us both safely into rescue! Because of this life I was living, loud sounds and sudden movements spook me sometimes. I would prefer a home with no small children, but older children who understand to give me my space are not as scary for me! I have potential to be good with kids of all ages/sizes, but I still need some work on my social skills! I have met some dogs/cats in my foster home as well, and I’ve decided they are pretty cool, but I’m not very fond of the hyper puppies! I’m kennel trained, and as long as I’m let out often enough I don’t have accidents in the house either! I’ve got a ways to go before I fully understand what it is to be a “real dog” but I’ve come so far in foster, and would love to find a forever family of my own! If you think you’ve got some time to teach me how to live my best life, come and meet me! I do LOVE to give kisses!!!
